Capture Technologies, Inc. just reached another milestone: the beginning of our seventy third year. I am often asked how a company survives for so many years; especially in these difficult times. Yes, we are in difficult times. However, over the past seventy-two years there have been many difficult times: wars, recessions, climate change and way too many other things to cover in a short blog posting. There is an old saying “crisis doesn’t make the man – it reveals the man”. The same applies to companies. Most companies do not make it to five years. Others last longer, usually when times are good, and then disappear when difficult times arrive.
One of the reasons Capture Technologies, Inc. has survived and thrived is that we just do not talk about customer service; we provide customer service. We instill upon our employee/owners that customers are important, and customers make paydays possible. Many of our employee/owners have provided customer service for over twenty years.
Most of our customers have been with us for many, many years and have upgraded technologies as they become available knowing Capture Technologies, inc. has tested the products and vetted the vendors to make sure they will be getting the best of the best. Most of our customers buy annual service agreements ensuring the equipment they purchase receives the care needed to provide uninterrupted service. Service agreement customers receive annual preventive maintenance inspections which greatly reduces the need for untimely service calls.
These difficult COVID19 Pandemic times will cause many companies to close their doors forever. Some of those companies could be our competitors.
