Where There is A Will There is A Way
Well over twenty years ago, our then three-year-old Granddaughter, was near when her mom was trying to get their house presentable for our upcoming visit. Her mom was frustrated and mumbled something to the effect that the task at hand was impossible. Alex said “mom, where there is a will there is a way”!
Not only is that absolutely true but I see it happening as countless small businesses find a way to adapt and stay viable in these difficult Covid 19 times. Many restaurants, small and large, simply gave up and shuttered the windows and locked the doors forever at the first sign of Covid19. Others found a way to win by successfully transitioning their restaurants to take out and or partnered with Grubhub, Uber Eats and Door Dash to name a few. For many this model caused increased revenues and reduced operating expenses.
While restaurants are arguable one of the most impacted business this pandemic has affected nearly every business: small and large.
Those business, like Capture Technologies, Inc, that sell products and services are faced with many challenges. Customers and prospects are reluctant to allow salespeople and service technicians on premise to conduct their business. While Zoom and Microsoft Teams are a viable alternative for salespeople to communicate getting on site to repair equipment is a much bigger challenge. While challenging it is not impossible and It takes good communications and a commitment from both parties to preform the required tasks while observing social distancing and protocols that greatly reduce the possibility of exposure to Covid19.
Capture Technologies, Inc has remained in business since 1948 for many reasons and Where There Is A Will there Is A Way is near the top of the list.
