The Importance of Preventative Maintenance (Continued)
COVID-19 and the restrictions put on Capture Technologies, Inc., and most of our customers, caused most preventative maintenance to be put on hold. As a result, our customers are experiencing more emergency service calls. While emergency calls will never be eliminated, they can be greatly reduced by having an annual preventative maintenance schedule.
Starting Immediately, we are reemphasizing on the importance of annual preventative maintenance to the Capture Technologies, Inc. team and our long standing and loyal customer base. Not only will it resume with annual service agreements scheduled to renew in January, we will also be adding QR codes to enhance our customer service.
With few exceptions, the equipment Capture sells is used daily and it is important, to the end user, that they function properly and are reliable. Regardless if it is rapidly processing players’ card at a casino, or producing a arm bands for patient-admission to a hospital, the equipment working properly is a must.
