I am a Tech Support Engineer/IT/Desktop support specializing in VOIP systems, LAN/WAN and Desktop support.
I’ve been a Technical Support Engineer/IT for 25 years, and I enjoy it because of its challenges and new things to learn every day. I especially like the satisfaction when all things come together and I am content when I am able to help any of my colleagues perform his on her job because of the solution I provided.
My idea of the perfect day would start with a hot mug of good coffee on the porch or deck while looking at snow capped mountains and then I’d move inside by the fireplace, read my Kindle and play with my dog and finish with a Moscow Mule and a good bowl of gumbo or chili with homemade corn bread.
