I am a Service Engineer specializing in Voice Logging, System Administration, Video Surveillance, and Network Infrastructure Applications for Public Safety, Military, and Private Sector Agencies.
I’ve been a Service Engineer for about a year, and I enjoy it because I love to utilize my hard and soft skills towards a career like Capture Technologies, that values and pushes your limits to become the best. Ever since I started at the age of 10
building my first Computer with my father, I knew I wanted to become involved in technology.
My favorite part of my job is knowing that I can contribute towards my community and others like it by providing support for all law enforcement. Also, providing copasetic results to all customers in the event a server goes down we will execute urgency and
technological support to resolve any issues.
When I’m not working on Public Safety installing call recorders and assisting customers, I like to improve my skills by researching in what’s new in technology and learning new software such as Firewall, Virtualization, and Cloud base technologies that I have
become proficient over the years as an I.T Engineer. The purpose is to become more multifaced in my profession, so when an opportunity is presented, I could be involved in new projects and expanding our company.
The things I love most in life are Family and enjoying myself by going to go try out different types of restaurants. I love great tasting food such as Pizza and Sushi.
My idea of the perfect day would start with waking up earlier to get ahead on my emails and open tickets that customers have opened. After taking care of my tickets and organizing my schedule for the rest of the week. I begin to request tickets that are on
the queue or ask other engineers if they need any help.
