Return Policy


We are here to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact a customer service representative at 800-544-5050 or insidesales@capturet.com.

If you have received your order within the last 30 days and have unopened items to return, you may request a refund. There may be a restocking fee of 20% for certain items. Please call a customer service representative to see if your item will be subject to this fee. If there is a 20% restocking fee your order will be refunded minus this fee.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you ship to us. Please contact a customer service representative at 800-544-5050 or insidesales@capturet.com for the RMA and necessary instructions. We cannot process your return without an RMA number.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process a return for any:

  • Opened consumables such as plastic cards, printer ribbons and cleaning kits
  • Opened software items
  • Proximity Cards
  • Smart Cards
  • Direct Thermal & Thermal Transfer Printers, with custom PAL programming
  • Custom printed items

 

Once you approve a proof prior to printing, the order becomes final.

Procedures and Guidelines

  • Returned products must be in the original condition sent and must include original factory packaging, instructions, etc.
  • Please clearly print your RMA number on the return package.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless the return is a result of a sales error or manufacturer defect.
  • Upon inspection, all refunds will be credited back to the credit card or account owner. An email confirmation will be sent to the buyer once it has been processed.
  • If the item is damaged, claims must be made directly to the shipping company.
  • Capture Technologies reserves the right to cancel or change any return policies at any time.

 

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange the item you have purchased, simply return the product and place a new order. Once we receive the returned item, we will ask for or credit the difference.
