Updates on Our Policies
- Limiting travel: We have enacted restrictions for all non-essential employee business travel and have moved most Capture Technologies employees to a remote work setup. This measure has been taken to limit the potential spread of the virus and to ensure our ability to serve you for the long term.
- Going virtual: We are confident that our workforce is prepared for this remote working scenario, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that there are no disruptions to the services we provide. Internal and external meetings will be held virtually for the duration of this event.
- Service and Support: Service personnel are available for remote support and onsite assistance as needed by our customers, within the established travel restrictions and health guidelines. As we support essential business throughout California, we understand the additional requirements and are prepared to support you. We will honor all customers isolation and visitation restrictions, and we will contact the appropriate party prior to dispatch to ensure we meet all customer requirements.
