A global event ticketing agency will be implementing Verint Systems Inc.’s 5th generation workforce optimization software. This will include implementation of, Impact 360 Quality Monitoring, PCI encryption, desktop analytics and eLearning. The software will be used across a number of different sites and it will support over 1,000 customer service representatives.
Enhancing the customer experience is the agency’s main goal, and Verint is making it possible. The software helps them to meet compliance requirements and make their business model more efficient. After the Impact 360 is in place, they’ll be able to meet better quality and processing standards, maximize resources and support their distributed workforce.
Most importantly, the new software will allow them to maintain a high level of security. Secure end-to-end encryption and desktop analytics help the agency comply with PCI DSS 2.0 (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). This will protect their sensitive data as well as their allowable consumer data, ensuring that transactions are secure for their customers.
