The Problem

Stor-All, a storage facility based in Gardenerville, Nevada, complained of increased wait times due to their customers not being able to easily access and open their RV storage units from their RVs.

The Solution

Stor-All reached out to Capture Technologies to help them solve this small, but valid issue. The PTI Security Access Control System with Automatic Garage Door Openers were implemented.

Proven Results

Stor-All’s customer are now given the ability to access their units from their mobile, allowing them to stay comfortably in their RVs and decrease time spent on the Store-All premises. This increased customer satisfaction and overall experience.
